Not a good week for Customer Awareness: Tuesday, Starbucks sends out a Tweet from its "Irish" Twitter account asking people what makes them proud to be British; Wednesday, I receive an e-mail from an anti-racist organisation asking me how the Queen's Jubillee celebrations make me feel about being British; today I see Walkers Crisps on sale in Ireland with a big sign across the multi-packs stating, "100% British potatoes" - I bought Tayto.

I think it's funny more than anything else :) Hopefully the backlash they got will teach them a lesson...
